Missing the holidays... really missing it...

Its that time of the year again, where we student dread the fact that we have to start doing our work / assignment when we know very well that our due dates just around the corner. Still trying to get into the momentum of being hardworking and all. Now that i'm also elected as secretory for MYSUN (Malaysian Youth Society University of Newcastle), I'm really certain that now I'll be really really busy! Hopefully my studies wont get affected. I will try to study hard now so that I can get the offer to study honours next year... please please please let me get that offer.... i might need this honours degree to get a job in australia next time!

Anyway, so far havent been doin much here. Just chill and still settling into routine of doing all those house chores and cooking back into my life. Jenn drew a nice pic of me, herself, yueen mun and cheryl too!

well... I didnt say an actual picture... its a cartoon of us based on our chinese zodiac. So I asked to be drawn so that I'll look like mushu whereas yueen mun asked to be drawn as a purple dinasour holding a crab. Cute pic isnt it? So anyway, we also did some shopping spree where so far I've only bought a pair of bedroom slippers for winter (it was on sale, $10 from $20!) and also a matching shirt with my friends

We also had some girly night where we had our nails nicely painted and stickers sticked to it too! Finally feeling more feminine after living for 20 years here. My very first manicure!

After that we also had Barahineban Commencement dinner! The people who served us are AWEFULLY RUDE ! The people who served us just literally snatched my plate away when i was still taking some salad for starters. She is so so so rude.... Just because u're in a bad mood doesnt give u the permision to do that! Afterall, they are paid for providing us the venue and food for the night!

Never liked going there since last year anyway. Bara should really ought to change venue... Even brenan room nearby is better!

hahaha... us showing off our shoes... idea brought up by yueen mun =) So that's all for now. I'm feeling lazy to update too much also. The main idea is that I'll be pretty busy soon cause i have an assignment due on 31st march, and i should start researching on it. My topic is Nutrition for the Elderly. This should be interesting... But my first placement 2 weeks ago was quite nice. My dietitian then was quite nice, and the people i deal with are people who wants to lose weight. So hope my next clinical placement would be fun!
