me and my pictures

Miss wong (my chun chem lecturer) was absent today and yesterday... apparently she lost her voice... poor poor thing... shows how dedicated she is to her work right? =) anyways, i went off to the web with my current uni fren, jenn (we're norm partners in every project/asignment/lab etc...) We're SUPPOSED to be hitting the books for our food science sem, but ended up in front of the comp... so this is roughly what happened....

*after browsing through jenn's fren's picture via friendster, i somehow ended up showing jenn my cousin's pic to see if she looks like kelly chen... *

jenn: no la, dun look alike la...

me: yameh? everyone said she looks like her wor...

jenn: hey, is that you in that picture? *points at pic*

me: yeap!! wait ar....

jenn: OMG!!! *GASP* u look soooo different!!

me: hahaha... ya meh? almost same ma...

jenn: hey, can i have a look at the rest of your high school pictures??

me: haha, not much of a difference la... wait ar....

jenn: *GASP!!* SHULIN! u look so different!

jenn: eh, u dun look the same as last time laa... your cheeks last time is so much more chubby!

me: ya meh? no ar... a bit only ma... just that i lost a little weight...

jenn: No lah... OMG... soooo chubby!! *points at my hair in the pic* even your hair style is diff!

jenn: your eyes are smaller then too!! OMG... your cheeks are soooo chubby last time!!

me: haha.... does that means it'll be better if there's more flesh on my cheeks?

jenn: *looks at me* erm... no la... a bit only la...

me: =D hahaha... told you i don't look THAT different...

jenn: but in some picture u look SOO chubby!

jenn: last time u're definately not as thin as you are now la... look at your arms!! *points at pic*

jenn: they're so bigger than last time la....

*chat chat chat, click click click, laugh laugh laugh...*

i can't remember what other pic i showed her... but i click on a few others... same expression... almost the same words... and i just laugh and laugh and laugh... dunno to be thankful or not... but definately helps destress us... =) another friend joins us while we're still browsing through some other pictures of mine... she too was quite surprise... i don't know exactcly what am i laughing at... at their wide-eyed-shock, or the fact that i needed some laughter, or... the usual... laugh for no apparent reason... hmm...

Haha... oh well... it was fun to watch my friend's expression... the best thing is that they both have claimed that i have 'given' them 'hope' that they can be thin... as thin as me... not like i'm all that thin, and it's not like i have the hour glass figure... nor do i have the awesome figures like those u see in the magazine... (i'm not saying their FAT or anything k?) honestly,why do they need to be thinner than what they are now??!! i have given them some 'inspiration'... somehow...

all i can say is...

1. i'm speechless

2. i'm feeling happy after all that laughter...

3. do i really look ALL THAT DIFFERENT?
